Q.

hai my son is now 2yrs 3minth old he listens to each and every words we tell him and he will do all the work I tell him he understands all our words...but when we tell him to utter few words he won't utter and only when has mood to speak like mama papa grany...he will say that too depend upon his mood...wt is the right age for the baby to speak fluently...am worried that when will he speak ....

A. for proper fluent speech you need to wait and watch till 3 years of age of the child to speak in complete sentences clearly and fluently. if its not so then consult pediatrician/doctor to know if speech therapy is required.till that time keep interacting as much as possible in your spoken language and involve the child in language learning activities using audio-visual aids too. dont worry if other milestones are normal this will al9dbso be achieved in time at times it may get delayed..there are variations in children by age for this. . .
