hai my baby was 1 year old and recently we celebrated her birthday. now she has motions , vomtings and fever .. she becomes weak now

Video child eat Something with your child may have not eaten before like cake or anything that you may have not introduced to the child because sometimes when the birthday party you are doing or something the child tends to eat something because when there is a party people feed different things and sometimes due to a digestion these problems can happen so I think it would be good for you to visit your doctor once
