my 18 months son got motions and vomtings after doctor consults he is ok but he is very weak and didn't eat anything and cry please tell me remedies

U Try to give more of water and fluids to the child because because of vomiting issues kids have a lot of water loss into the body they are dehydrated so first you give good amount of fluids to the child give coconut water buttermilk whatever you like to slowly gradually once the pace of water is maintained in the body the appetite is going to be better with time
