Hai my baby is turning 4 th month on this 20th last month on 20 th we checked the weight is 4.3 at today the weight is 4.7 only every month he is gaining 1 kg min weight but this month very less he gained the weight, is it ok the weight for 4 months of baby, if not ok, what food I have to eat to gain the weight of my baby and how much he have to gain every month.Birth weight is 2.6

A. Hello mom that’s fine , their will be variations at times and as far as the baby is gaining weight gradually and is active for his age not an issue. Babies gain about 2 to 4 kg yearly
