Q.
Hai my baby is 7kg in weight she is having cold,,,,, from yesterday onwards... Yesterday morning and evening we gave her sinarest drops 0.6ml BD Today night she is having 100degree fever we gave sponge bath and colpol 0.7ml.... Need to continue both sinarest and colpol??
