Hai my baby is, 4 months , how can I know my is suffering from stomach pain and gas pain, is stomach pain and gas pain is same in baby,how do I know my baby has stomach pain and gas pain, if yes what the medication have to give for my baby. I have to know both the pains are same, please explain me.

Crying of a Baby is mostly because of infantile colic and gas related discomfort which can be relieved by medicine like colicaid /gastica drops. other reasons could be nasal blockage, ear pain, diaper rrash and more which needs to be ruled out and managed accordingly .
