Q.

hai my baby is 19months old she is not eating food nor drinking milk nd water from 2days before she ate everything but now she stopped food nd milk before 2 days I gave deworming syrup with doctor prescribed after that she stopped food

A. Hello mom could possibly be a tummy issue , observe her stools .. also do not force her to eat , keep her hydrated and give some fruits if she prefer or coconut water or lemon water
