hai...my 18 month old boy have dry skin and rashes in tha leg and arm area...wat kind of soap and lotion to use?

Ankita MehtaMom of a 10 yr 2 m old girl5 years agoA. hi please avoid using soap while bathing your child use warm water with baby body wash or neem leaves dress your child in weather appropriate clothes. give massage to your child daily provide apt sunlight atleast 20 minutes a day keep your child well hydrated maintain good hygiene
