Hai my 1.5months old baby has cold and fever she feeling discomfort while sleeping

A. Home remedies like Tulsi Ginger diluted with water combination (honey can be added after 1 year age)and turmeric with milk at least 2 times per day. try to prevent temperature variations around the child and give nasal saline drops frequently for nasal blockage, simple cough and cold. Indirect steam is helpful. For cold give syp allegra 2.5 ml ytwice daily to the child. This may due to either allergy or infection and some times due to climate changes and temperature variations . If fever is present give paracetamol.

A. Hello dear parent! Try giving a light sponging to reduce the intensity of the fever. Paracetamol drops should help. Apply Babyhug baby rub to your baby’s chest, throat and back . Consult your doctor for evaluation and seek treatment
