Hai mam/sir, my son was feeling uneasy and with some stomach pain pls give me a good suggestion for me

A. it is advisable to give only 60% of the regular diet and go for simple diet made from rice dal khichdi curd buttermilk apple banana and do not give milk to the child for a few days
