When you start giving food sometimes due to dominant colour of food also the motion colour can change to green which is normal and if your child is active otherwise there is no sign of discomfort of loose motion so then you don’t have to worry about it actually your doctor is suggesting you the right thing and in case if you have a doubt always go for getting a stool test done
