POOJA KOTHARIMom of a 8 yr 7 m old boy3 years agoA. Almonds should be soaked in milk overnight, peeled off in the morning, ground well and given to the child. Nuts are a rich source of protein, calcium and potassium. Nuts are a healthy snack option.
