Hai.. Iam a lactating mother. How many calcium tablets(Maical-D) should I take daily?

A. you can take calcium tablet shelcal HD once daily for 3 to 4 months further you need to contact with your doctor for a proper guidance regarding the query and the doctor will give you a proper explanation for this which needs to be followed
