massage with coconut oil twice a day for healthy skin.
offer more liquids and fruits.. start iron calcium and multivitamins supplements regularly and protein powder with milk twice a day for healthy skin and hair

Sunscreen is not needed
If she happens to move out in harsh sunlight she should be made to wear cap
Indian kids don't need sunscreen at all ,as our skin isn't as sensitive as European kids
Take sunbath daily with her head and ears covered in morning
