Hai Dr, my son viraj 4yr 1m old he has fever from Wednesday and more fever at nights like 102 or 103 and we went to local doctor also we are used medicines now. how can I decrease fever instantly and what food can I give him now because of vomiting

A. at present give paracetamol to the baby do cold sponging to reduce the fever for further advice in this regard it is advisable to consult your doctor for physical examination and if there is need to do investigations also then only proper treatment can be given
