Fever is a response of the body to any kind of infection or any inflammatory process in body so you can give paracetamol in a dose of 15 mg/kg/dosexs as the first line treatment also this dose can be again repeated after every 5 to 6 hours if fever is repeating. and you can also do cold sponging of the body if required

You Consult an ENT doctor ones for that also I would like to tell you that the fever is really high and start doing cold sponging immediately on the body also consult your paediatrician for a proper medication because the fever is really on the higher side
