Q.

Hai Dr. my one year baby has 99.3F (armpit) temperature without fever symptoms and he is very active. should I give paracetamol syrup for body temperature? please help me

A. don't give paracetamol at this temp. If you taken temperature correct method with thermometer it is less than 100 degrees F it's normal . otherwise give syp paracetamol above temp 100F
