Hai Dr my boy is 6 years her elbow and neck now adays becoming back her skin is dry pls suggest me how to remove black marks and make her elbow hands normal pls suggest

You Use an MFE vitamin E cream for the dryness also when the skin is extremely dry it looks anyways much more darker that’s very normal so the cream I’m suggesting is NMFE go ahead with that on regular basis and also you can rub raw potato on the skin whenever you feel tanning or patches are there that will also help
