Q.
hai dr, i have a doubt, before pregnancy my prolactin level was 48ng/ml at tht time i used to take medicines for reducing prolactin.. but after my delivery i have low breast milk issue..why is tht possible.. during pregnancy i used to take duphastone tablet everyday n also a progesterone injection in every week too... is these hormonal injection n tablet affects low breastmilk?

Shruti SuranaMom of a 12 yr 2 m old boy4 years agoA. hi dear mom..please monitor your baby's pee count..if baby has six wet nappies in twenty four hours it means baby is full and is getting sufficient feed from you
.means you have enough supply...only if it's less then six you should worry....
