Q.
Hai Dr, I am breast feeding to my 1 yr baby. Can i take suppliments like calcium vitamin d, omega 3, and biotin. Am becoming weak and my knees and joints are paining. please suggest? can i also drink alovera and amla juice?

multivitamin supplements are not contraindicated if you are breast feeding your baby
