Q.
Hai doctor. My baby is 1 year and 4 months old now. Mine was normal delivery. My menstruation started after 8 months of delivery. After that I had regular periods of 3 months. November 2nd was my last period date. After that I have no periods till now. My husband is not here so I'm not pregnant. I'm breastfeeding too. Is it common to have missed periods during breastfeeding?? Or should I consult a doctor? Please reply. Thank u in advance.

Eat a well balanced healthy diet and keep yourself hydrated all through the day while breastfeeding your baby. If you are still concerned better consult your doctor for evaluation and advice. Clarify all your concerns and follow your doctor’s advice diligently.
