hai doctor.my baby girl was 23 days old.she had small rashes red in color all over her face and some where on her body.plz suggest remedy

A. it could be heat rashes it will be good if you try to check ones with the doctor for the same who will be able to guide you post examining the thing or will guide you with the with some cream or lotion to be applied over that
