Certain foods can be taken which helps in increasing the milk production such as garlic , flax seeds , oats , milk and products, dry fruits , panjiri , drumstick leaves , fenugreek leaves , jeera or ajwain or saunf water . Supplements are available in Ayurveda and homeopathy you can try them as well
