Hai Doctor , In 10 days my baby is completing 6 months what are food and fruits I can offer her and also How many times should I offer

A. Namaste Mom, Currently you can start with liquid foods, such as dal, rice, water, vegetable soup, fresh fruit juices etc . start one thing at a time and in small quantity as such as 30 to 50 ml to a few tsp, Once baby accepts well you can gradually move to semi solid and mashed foods such as steamed vegetables, fruits, ragi, suji porridge, home made cerealc mix, kichidi , curds , ghee etc, As per how well they are accepting , you can increase the quantity , variety and number of meals
