Q.

HAI doctor...3 month old baby is drinking breast milk...she is not drinking milk from breast..so I am expressing milk using manual pump and hand... she is looking very lean not gaing weight..what to do doctor pls help me ..

A. you try to latch ok.its important..See it looks ok only.but if you doubt then for your satisfaction show to a doctor there as they can examine the patient and give even a better opinion in this case .

A. Hello dear parent! A little plus or minus in weight is normal in the first few months. As long as your baby is active and healthy, accepting feeds, passing adequate urine a minimum of 6 to 8 times in a day, gradually gaining weight then nothing to worry. Continue feeding your baby well on demand. Good luck and take care
