You should give variety of grains, cereal and pulses.
Variety of seasonal fruits and vegetables even green leafy vegetables.
At least 500 ml of milk every day including milk products like curd, paneer, cheese.
Eggs and non veg foods.
Dry fruits like almonds, walnuts, cashew nuts, raisins.
Add ghee to baby’s food.

mam my baby after eating food...an hr or half hr later he goes motion..is it normal or any problem...kindly suggest me...
