hai all my baby13months old can i feed oats regularly???

Shilpa SalwanMom of 2 children3 years agoA. in case you are asking about oats to be consumed by yourself then yes you can do that as they are very good and rich in fibre which will help keeping your gut constipation free apart from this in case you are asking about your child to be given oats then it is a big no you can not feed oats your little one still completion of 9 months of age
