mam,you must consult your physician for proper diagnose.
at home, please take homemade healthy food which are full of iron, calcium, protine, vitamin etc
take green leafy vegetables,fresh fruits, nuts more
avoid drinking RO water.
take apt sunlight at least 20 minutes a day.
