gyanvi is 3 months and 24 days old baby girl... she vomits after breastfeeding.. what should I do?

A. Feed the child only on demand as that’s going to b good as this way u can avoid i over feed and the digestion would also. Better and the Child will have better digestion so the child will also have less vomiting over the period
