Gudmrng sir / mam saqlain is 2yrs 10months he is not eating anything because he is getting molar tooth so he is not chewing anythng so mother can feed her milk to him and wat medicine shud he use and he got fever n cold too

A. dear mom. loss of appetite is common during teething. give him lots of liquids to him , offer semi solid food that is easy to digestible, do not force feed..can give syp. crocin
