my daughter is one year old. she is not passing stool daily we gave her duphalac syrup 5ml then only she is passing stool but again from 3 days also she is not passing stool. she is trying to pass stool and crying stool is also hardly passing. what to do?

Same issue with my baby too, u can give laxolite syrup 2.5 ml morning and night for 15 days continuously. And add more fibrous fruits and veggies to diet, both together should resolve. My baby is 11 months it didn’t get resolved yet so for 2 months she is on laxolite as per paediatrician advice

dulcolax suppository for the baby occassionally Constipation is very common in babies you have to modify the food which is more in fibre like green leafy vegetables and seasonal fruits like apple mango papaya banana etc

avoid giving bakery food items like bread ,toast , biscuits , cake etc

but for this ,as such no need of suppository
instead of it ,give juice of soaked Black raisins daily in morning or give warm milk with one tbsp of ghee daily before sleep time.
encourage your child to do more physical activities
