gud noon doctor Doctor I didn't get periods after having baby and my baby is 4 months 11 days old now what is the reason

Reason is the hormonal changes after delivery due to which the periods are Irregular. Breast feeding the baby is also the reason.. Once u stop breastfeeding the periods will become normal and regular. Take care
