Good afternoon ,if your question is low milk supply in your sister then you should make sure to add papaya,sabudana,garlic,cumin, fenugreek in her diet and along with that you should give your suster ajwain and fennel seeds water atleast five to six times in a day that is in lukewarm temperature and avoid drinking plain water whenever she is thirsty drink this water only and drink milk atleast four times in a day.
