Q.
Gud morning sir My baby is 21 days old how I would know her stomach is full and she is not hungry generally she is taking food once in a 3 hour

As long as your baby is active and normal, accepting feeds, passing adequate urine a minimum of 6 to 8 times a day then nothing to worry. Continue to exclusively breastfeed your baby well on demand. Use Babyhug tummy roll on. Good luck and take care.
