gud morning... my son Aarav ojha is not well.... during holi he ate little oily food namkin... then stared loose motion ... when i gave medicine Oxa M syrup, started vomiting.... now he is telling stomach is full of gas... and i think food poisoning happens

I have given 1/2 tab of ondem at 8.30 am.... then at 9.15 am half glass water.... at 9.30 am 1/2 glass coconut water....nw at 10 am he is telling my stomach seems little bit swollen... means gastric... so nw... in empty stomach may I give gas syrup.. Pantop mps... because I hv to go market to buy medicine prescribed by u... I will bring and start ur medicine from after noon... for now may I give that pantop mps for gas

Dr GhouseGuardian of 3 children3 years agoA. NB It is very important to avoid dehydration please give ORS coconut water buttermilk to the baby give zinconia syrup 5 ml 2 times a day along with enterogermina tubes to the baby
