gud morning mam I hve 1yr baby boy. when v doing intercourse ubdomin pain cmng..and continuesly knees r paing,back pain??plz give me suggestions π

Use local hot bags and pain killer cream or oral meds as required for backache
Avoid bending from waist, bend with knees folded
Massage your back
Do some back stretching exercises
Take a course of vitamin D
Take calcium supplements
