Q.

Gud mng sir/ mam my child is now 4.8 weight 15kg he is having mild autism and speech delay as well as no understanding capacity I'm taking him to therapies from 2 years but no use Any other option is there other than therapy or else any diet please suggest me?

Hi mommy Consult with your doctor in person for proepr physical examination and treatment Give healthy protein rich nutritious food take seasonal fruits and vegetables which is rich in all minerals and vitamins maintain hydration Wash hands often Maintain hygiene Maintain hydration Do tummy time and cycyling movement of legs regularly Offer different varieties of food fruits vegetable pulses whole grains milk products in different shape colours patterns to make meal more interesting children are fussy eater at this age its all normal and common you can give food in puree liquid form or give some juice soup milkshake etc
