Babies need good fats like ghee, unsalted butter, coconut, etc. Normal cooking oil whichever the family uses can also be used.
Give all seasonal fruits and vegetables.

Give yu our baby full cream milk either plain or in the form of banana shake or mango shake etc. Also give rich diet like ghee butter cheese etc but in limit Also balance his diet with green leafy vegetables and fresh fruits.
