SanthoshiMom of a 8 yr 2 m old girl8 months agoA. P 250 paracetamol syrub can be given to control the fever. If the temperature within 100 degree F it is ok. Beyond 100 degree paracetamol syrub can be continued. For drinking water use only hot boiled good water in warm condition.
