Sai Prasanthi R LMom of a 11 yr 6 m old boy4 years agoA. Hello dear parent! Above one year the baby should be taking good amount of solids along with daily intake of milk of 500ml per day. Include seasonal fruits and vegetables, green leafy vegetables, nuts, dry fruits and dairy in your child’s diet. Keep your baby hydrated all day. Good luck and take care.
