Q.
Greetings doctor , My boy baby is 28 days old he is snoring during breast feeding and during sleeping , feels like some secretions present . Consulted paediatrician and he confirmed that lungs are clear don’t worry. Kindly let me know the reason for this doctor.

Dr Vandan H KumarFather of a 7 yr 5 m old boy2 years agoA. they are respiratory secretions which is present in the narrow respiratory tract of the child.
The sound of ghar... Ghar.. is present when air passes over these secretions in the narrow respiratory tract.
if the respiratory rate of the child is within normal limits and the child is not having any other complaints do not worry about the sound wdhich is present due to respiratory secretions.
if you feel that the child is having some difficulty in breathing you can always give nasal saline drops in the nasal cavity which will wash away the mucus present in the nasdal cavity as well as the respiratory tract.
the problem improve with increasing age of the child when there is broadening of the respiratory tract .
