green stools are ok at 4 months ?

A. I am breast feeding here from start ..but from few days she has loose motions n doctor suggested to give unobiotic junior sachet ..I had given here for four days single time...but it isn't stopping...today green stools were passed...so is it ok ?

A. noGreen coloured Motions are normally seen in babies and commonly it may be due to less feed intake , or formula milk feeding.
if the baby is passing motion frequently in a day and the colour of the motion is ranging from light yellow to dark green or brown it may be considered as normal in such a case only frequejnt feeding and exclusive breastfeeding is suggested.
If it is associated with mucous, are watery and have bad smell then there could be some infection, also so if there are any other associated problem like fever ,vomiting then you should consult your doctor .
