Got acnes/ pimples like this and those itching. What should be the cause for this.

Hi I’m not able to see any picture associated with your query so I am not very sure the kind of pimples are there but it’s better as of now to consult a skin doctor as the doctor would have a better advice for you in terms of medicines and creams that you should be using
