Gopika is suffering from diarrhoea due to bacterial infection as doctor said We are giving him prescribed antibiotics but recovery is unseen since two days could you please advise

A. hello if antibiotic is started kewp ir continued and also gove lots of fluids and probiotic to the baby sso that there is no dehydration and baby is better soon
