Q.

goodmorning sir / mam from last few months I have been using menstrual cup for my period. I am facing a problem of leakage. plz guide what best can be done, like to stop using menstrual cup or to use another brand of menstrual cup..right now i am using mentrual cup of sirona brand and of medium size.

A. The most probable cause of leaking is that your menstrual cup isn't inserted correctly. Remember the Cup is designed to be worn horizontally, toward the tailbone, at the base of the vaginal canal. The best way to try insertion is to relax your muscles and then aim the cup toward your tailbone.
