A. bcg vaccination which is given at birth in the upper arm will form a swelling by one or maximum two months and then it will burst open and then pus will come out from it and after that it will become a scar mark. you have to take medical consultation if it days causing pain fever and discomfort to the child. also if the pus discharge is increasing or aggravating again you have to meet the doctor and locally you can apply t bact cream. the recurrent stretching / curving of the body again and again as well as uncomfort / making grunting sounds as well as hiccups as well as colic pain all are due to gas in the intestine and stomach. it is very important that after giving milk to the child you should keep the child in upright position and do burping for 15 to 20 minutes(irrespective that you hear the burps or not). gas in stomach causes hiccups. do not keep the child back on the bed after 1 burping because one time burping will not remove all the gas and if the gas is not removed properly it goes into intestine causing abnormaxl distension and that will lead to colic pain again and again. keep the child in upright position whether you hear the burping sound or not and also it is not important that you will hear the sound when the child removes the air from the oral cavity.

A. Puss usually builds up into this picture that you have sent that assist or lump that is there that basically after BCG vaccination it is going to burst out on its own only and after that you can just clean it so the infection is gone and secondly the medicine that you’re giving currently is basically for better digestion not for gas and stomach pain the right medicine that you can give to the child is going to Ben Bonnisan five drops once in a day maximum four times in the day
