good morning sir plz suggest diet for 3 nd half year kid his weight is 12 kg ,BT frequently he God cold , cough nd fever .also suggest vaccination.nd he is in lkg std

A. regarding good growth you should do a proper balance diet with all kinds of nutrients called green vegetables fruits and dairy products you can also give some gh multivitamin like syp bevon 5 ml for 1mth
