GOOD MORNING SIR . MY SON IS COMPLAINING STOMACH PAIN . AND HAS VOMITING AND LOOSE MOTION 4TIMES TODAY .CAN I MYSELF GIVE CYCLOPAM AND OFLOMAC FORTE TO HIM . OR I WILL FIRST CONSULT MY DOCTOR AND FOLLOW HIS MEDICATION.

Loose motion are most of the time infective where it is associated with fever and vomiting and its kgunown as gastroenteritis where symptomatic treatment along with managtement for dehydration is required if loose motions are associated with foul smell mucous high grade fever than it could be bacterial infection which needs antibiotics treatment

Give some light food fruits vegetables juice khichadi curd rice porridge eggs etc
Maintain hydration
Give well balanced nutritious food including fat carbohydrates protein
