Good morning sir my self Nilakhi ..I am asking you that how to decrease my breast milk..my baby is 10mnth old she needed milk daily 2 to 4 times but milk not decrease till now that's why I can't go out easily .kindly suggest me how to decrease my breast milk..

A. You can express milk now n then or still good way you ca' store n use it. Or donate if you can. breastmilk can be well stored In room temperature for 4-6 hours. But it's good to consume within 4 hours. That's safe. In fridge you can store upto 4-5 days. And in freezer you can store upto two weeks. It's absolutely safe. To feed heat a bowl with water and over that place another bowl with stored milk and heat it for few mins say 2-3 mins
