good morning sir, my daughter is just 2 month old and am working lady. i hv to resume my work soon. i am worried about her feeding. can i pump my milk and keep for her . is it safe and for how much time can that be preserved. and how to preserve it

you can resume work and also exclusively breastfeed baby with little motivation from your side
breastfeed baby before going to work and after coming back
baby can be fed with expressed breast milk
expressed breast milk can be stored in the chiller section of the refrigerator for 24 hours it is brought to room temperature by keeping in a vessel of warm water
you should take help from lactation consultant who can guide you step by step
